This is a property located in the neighborhood of Monteflores near Sagrado Corazon University. The pluses are that is located close to everything. 10 minutes from the airport and any San Juan attractions and you have a kitchen which makes it ideal for those with kids and looking for longer stays.Cons: It is not a luxury property eventhough we have made very cozy. This property has been owned by the same family for more than 40 years. It is slowly making improvements but it is a far cry from the Ritz. We love this Art Deco house but keep in mind that if you want a new apartment where you can walk to the beach this is not it. Bathroom is shared and it is upstairs. It has steep stairs leading to second room.Pros: This room has 2 floors with the lower floor having the kitchen and dining table and TV.One Bedroom Deluxe This beautiful one Bed DeluxeOne-Bedroom Apartment This unit in Casa Magdalena is a one bedroom with a small kitchen and your own walking closet.Pros: Very quiet as it is in the back of the building and perfect for anyone looking to spend a few nights in San Juan without having to go to a restaurant all the time.Cons: It has AC in the bedroom but not in the living-room. We have a pretty good fan in the living roomStudio 5 This micro unit in Casa Magdalena was an invention that proved to be small.
